We are a group of therapists who have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We are committed to our learning and development of EFT. Our Mission is to spread EFT throughout the greater New Jersey area.

Debi Scimeca-Diaz is a Certified EFT Trainer and Supervisor through the International Center for Excellence in EFT (ICEEFT) and is the Director of the NJ Center for EFT.

EFT is an empirically validated approach to couples therapy. The research indicates that 70% to 75% of couples who go through EFT recover from martial distress and 90% report relationship improvement. EFT helps couples and families heal and reconnect with the people who matter most in their lives.
